The Czech Republic

The Czech Republic is a dream country. The capital of the Czech Republic, Prague, is considered to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world, an Eldorado for the tourists. Prague is probably the most popular city in Central Europe during the Christmas and New Year holidays. Incredibility of the Czech Republic is seen throughout the country: Prague City Hall spires, the striking of the clock in the Prague City, the mansions of the Old Town Square, the clear forests of Moravia, the murmuring of Karlsbad springs, the ancient history of Bohemia, a country that once belonged to Celts.

Morav-Silezia land and Bohemia are the two major regions of the Czech Republic. Moravia is famous for the fact that there existed at the dawn of the history the State of Great Moravia, where two monks, Cyril and Methodius, created the Slavonic script.

Bohemia is known for its products from the crystal. There are also many monuments of culture and architecture of the Middle Ages.

Czech Tatra Mountains is a popular region for winter tourism. These mountains in the Czech Republic are perfect for a skiing. Weather in the Tatra Mountains is surprisingly permanent, without sharp fluctuations. Therefore, it would be pleasant to spend your winter vacations here.

Of course, talking about the Czech Republic without mentioning the local beer would be quite roughly. Traditions of the brewing here are very old and the high quality of Czech beer is recognized by connoisseur from all around the world. The city of Plzen is considered to be the beer capital of the Czech Republic, also hosts the famous medieval brewery and regularly hold the well-known throughout Europe beer festival Pilsner Fest.

Of course, the Czech Republic is a traditionally tourist country, which has a well established system of the recreation industry. The hotels of Prague, Brno and other Czech cities, motels, camping grounds, parks, recreation areas for the encampments in the Czech nature reserves have the maximum comfort for its level, and certainly a fair price to pay for services provided.

In addition to the well-known sights, the Czech Republic today is also one of the world centers of the so-called «vicious rest»: sex and drug tourism. There is no official ban on manufacturing and selling of pornography, so the Czech Republic is considered to be the European «porno-Hollywood». And recently it became known that Prague has outnumbered famous Amsterdam in residents who take marijuana.
