Turkmenistan
What's Turkmenistan for you? The country of the great Sardar on the gold throne or unchallengedpresident Turkmenbashi? Huge oil and gas deposits? Or the endless sand deserts of the Kara-kum and single skullcaps of yurts of nomads? Or, maybe, magnificent carpets weaved by the Turkmen past masters? Or the world-famous graceful Alhatekin horses, in whose manes the wind is confusing?
Turkmenistan has one of the richest in Middle asiacultural heritage and is, perhaps, of the most interest for the tourists. Being the cradle of ancient civilizations, and one of the most important centers of the Silk Road, Turkmenistan inherited centuries-old distinctive traditions and many cultural and historical monuments. Among the most famous are such as the remains of the medieval city of Merv (VI century.), the reserve of monuments in the city Kunya-Urgench, the caved city Butentau and the ruins of the city Amuli. Considerable interest is caused by the many ancient castles, such as Diyar-Bekir, Shahsenem, Dovkesen; worship buildings: The Mausoleum of Sultan Sanjar, the Mausoleum of Kyz-Bibi, the madrasah of Yusuf Hemadani. It in Turkmenistan, in the small village of Anau there is one of the most valuable archaeological finds - the Bronze Age settlement, demonstrating the existence in this area a developed civilization for more than 4 000 years ago.
The unique natural landscapes of Turkmenistan won’t leave anyone indifferent. Here majestic mountain peaks are replaced by a refreshing breeze the world's largest lake - the Caspian Sea, and vivifying green oasis by the insipidity of the hot Kara-kum. One of the unique assets of Turkmenistan is the «Plateau of dinosaurs» located in the Kugitan reserve and listed in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
It is notably that with the ideological clarity of the existence given to all Turkmens by the great leader Turkmenbashi, they also are provided with interesting benefits such as free electricity and gas, water and salt. However, all this is strictly limited. There are implausibly low fuel prices and very symbolic prices on food. And in the eastern- hospitable styled Turkmenistan is ready to share all this with you!

In such way Bulgaria is preparing its structures for the upcoming country’s entry into the visa-free regime, which today functions between the EU countries.
The decision to introduce new visa rules was taken by the Bulgarian cabinet of ministers on Wednesday January 26, 2011. According to the Bulgarian cabinet, the new visa policy will spur the tourist interest and will make Bulgaria more attractive to foreign investors.
Schengen visa owners will be able to get permission to enter Bulgaria and stay on its territory for a period of up to 3 months during the six months from the date of first entry.
It should be noted that the new visa rules in Bulgaria will be useful not only for the EU citizens, but also tourists from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, who have a Schengen visa.
New measures, inter alia, must stir up not only the tourism sector, but also resort property market in Bulgaria.
