The Far East
The Far East is often referred to Siberia. However, more correctly is to allocate this region and to consider it to be a separate region and no include to the Siberian territory. The Far East is a vast geographical area, which includes large regions of Russia, such as Yakutia, Chukchi Peninsula, Kamchatka, Sakhalin, Primorskiy Krai and Amurskiy Krai .
The climate in the Far East ranges from continental to temperate. There's the world's cold pole of the Northern Hemisphere - the village Oymyakon. The lowest temperature is minus 71 degrees centigrade.With its harsh climate, the Far East is better suits to the fans of extreme sport: adventurers, travellers, hunters, downhill skiers.
However, it should be mentioned that though the winter in the Far East is long, still summer also comes here. Spring and summer in the Far East is a great time. This is the time of flowering, the awakening of the magnificent Far East nature. The diversity of flora and fauna of the Far East will certainly amaze you.
Fishing in the Amur, eco-tourism in Primorskiy Krai, treatment in the thermal waters of Kamchatka, hiking routes in the wake of the famous pioneers of the Far East, tours to truly wild places of the Far Eastern taiga, where the animals haven’t ever met a human, cruise on the Pacific Ocean - and it is only a short list of what the Far East can offer to the tourist.

River of Memory will appear in Minsk
Memorial composition in memory of those killed in the terrorist attack on April 11, 2011 in Minsk subway will be installed at the Oktyabrskaya station exit. Now there is a temporary marble memorial plaque where are always burning candles and church lamps.

Holidays in Bulgaria: visa-free regime for Schengen owners
The Bulgarian government decided to simplify for many tourists the procedure of entering the country. From now on all people with a valid Schengen visa can go on holiday to Bulgaria without national visa. In such way Bulgaria is preparing its structures for the upcoming country’s entry into the visa-free regime, which today functions between the EU countries.
The decision to introduce new visa rules was taken by the Bulgarian cabinet of ministers on Wednesday January 26, 2011. According to the Bulgarian cabinet, the new visa policy will spur the tourist interest and will make Bulgaria more attractive to foreign investors.
Schengen visa owners will be able to get permission to enter Bulgaria and stay on its territory for a period of up to 3 months during the six months from the date of first entry.
It should be noted that the new visa rules in Bulgaria will be useful not only for the EU citizens, but also tourists from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, who have a Schengen visa.
New measures, inter alia, must stir up not only the tourism sector, but also resort property market in Bulgaria. Since the beginning of the financial crisis in 2008 leading Black Sea resorts in Bulgaria have marked decreasing of the square meter price. Opportunity to visit the country for Schengen owners will facilitate entry of potential buyers and will indirectly stimulate the demand for Bulgarian property.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria, in 2011 its consulates issued in total 733 623 visas, which is by 18% more than in 2010.
