Today, on September 22 in Moscow will be opened two major tourist exhibitions under one name. One of the exhibitions "Leisure" 2009 will be held in Expocentre on Krasnaya Presnya, the other in Crocus Expo exhibition centre. This curious situation with the simultaneous opening in Moscow of two exhibitions under one name is due to the disagreement of the owners of the Moscow brand "Leisure". As a result of numerous disputes former partners were unable to divide the right to use the mark "Leisure". As a result, Moscow's tourist market instead of one exhibition has received two.

"Leisure" 2009, which is held on Krasnaya Presnya, this year will be for a one day shorter than its competitor. The last day of the exhibition is September 24. "Leisure", which is located in "Crocus Expo", closes on September 25.

"Leisure 2009" on Krasnaya Presnya this year covers various aspects of tourism activities, with emphasizes on the development of business tourism, or as it is called by the professionals of tourism industry, incentive tourism. One of the most significant events of the exhibition held "Leisure 2009" on Krasnaya Presnya is a forum on business tourism, which is held for the sixth time. According to the organizers the number of participants of the exhibition "Leisure" on Krasnaya Presnya is more than 1000 companies. The geography of participants includes more than 60 countries.

"Leisure" 2009, which takes place in "Crocus Expo", differs from the exhibition on Krasnaya Presnya by a broader representation of the official delegations. So the opening of the exhibition "Leisure 2009" in "Crocus Expo" is jointly organized by the company Euroexpo, Ministry of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy of Russia and the Federal Agency for Tourism. A number of presentations at the exhibition "Leisure 2009" in "Crocus Expo" are organized by the official representatives of government agencies to promote tourism. On the first day of the exhibition tourism the opportunities of their countries will be presented by the Ministry of Tourism of India, Tourist Office of Embassy of Egypt and the Tourism Authority of Thailand. On the exhibition "Leisure 2009" in "Crocus Expo" will also be held thematic days devoted to certain types of tourism. So, Wednesday September 23 at the exhibition is declared a day of Latin America, Thursday September 25 will be an official presentation of the region of Dominica.
