Belavia Airlines offers the tickets to Europe at special rates

The largest Belarusian airline Belavia just before the Christmas holidays and New Year's travels has announced special fares, which can use the tourists to visit the largest and most beautiful capitals of Europe.
The promotion is valid for tourists who bought the tickets of Belavia Airlines from December 15, 2009 to January 31, 2010. Special rates are applied to regular flights to Rome, Milan, Paris and Frankfurt. The travelers should use the tickets bought on a special fare from Belavia Airlines in the period from 15 January to 31 March 2010.
Thus, Belavia Airlines offers travelers a flight on the route Minsk-Milan-Minsk for only 210 euros. The flight route Minsk-Rome-Minsk will cost to the tourists the same money. Single ticket to Frankfurt will cost 99 euros. The cost of Minsk-Frankfurt-Minsk flight is 199 euros.
Belavia Airlines has especially pleased with these specific terms the fans of the city of Paris. The ticket to Paris costs only 149 euros. The purchasing or the tickets to Paris at special rates is extended and is available until March 31, 2010.
It should be noted that the special tariffs do not include taxes and airport charges and are paid separately. Children under 2 years can receive a discount of 90%. When buying a return ticket for children under 12 years is available a 25% discount.

River of Memory will appear in Minsk
Memorial composition in memory of those killed in the terrorist attack on April 11, 2011 in Minsk subway will be installed at the Oktyabrskaya station exit. Now there is a temporary marble memorial plaque where are always burning candles and church lamps.

Holidays in Bulgaria: visa-free regime for Schengen owners
The Bulgarian government decided to simplify for many tourists the procedure of entering the country. From now on all people with a valid Schengen visa can go on holiday to Bulgaria without national visa. In such way Bulgaria is preparing its structures for the upcoming country’s entry into the visa-free regime, which today functions between the EU countries.
The decision to introduce new visa rules was taken by the Bulgarian cabinet of ministers on Wednesday January 26, 2011. According to the Bulgarian cabinet, the new visa policy will spur the tourist interest and will make Bulgaria more attractive to foreign investors.
Schengen visa owners will be able to get permission to enter Bulgaria and stay on its territory for a period of up to 3 months during the six months from the date of first entry.
It should be noted that the new visa rules in Bulgaria will be useful not only for the EU citizens, but also tourists from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, who have a Schengen visa.
New measures, inter alia, must stir up not only the tourism sector, but also resort property market in Bulgaria. Since the beginning of the financial crisis in 2008 leading Black Sea resorts in Bulgaria have marked decreasing of the square meter price. Opportunity to visit the country for Schengen owners will facilitate entry of potential buyers and will indirectly stimulate the demand for Bulgarian property.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria, in 2011 its consulates issued in total 733 623 visas, which is by 18% more than in 2010.
