The first days of spring brought good news in Estonia both for gamblers and opponents of gambling. Last week, the initiative group headed by the deputy of Tallinn City Council and head of Kasiinosaar fund Märt Sults signed an agreement with British company AESOM for the design and construction in the in the Gulf of Finland in the Estonian territorial waters of a unique casino island.
The idea of creating a casino island is not a novelty, but is an excellent solution to the problems of building entertainment gambling houses, casinos and other buildings for gambling. The ambitious project of Märt Sults supported by the Estonian authorities includes the construction of the original entertainment complex consisting of three artificial islands in the Gulf of Paljassaare near the peninsula of the same name.
According to the plan of the Tallinn City Hall creating of a new "Estonian Las Vegas" in the Gulf of Paljassaare will remove outside the capital the traditional sources that negatively affect the criminal situation and contribute to increasing crime. The implementation of a new large-scale project will not only remove numerous casinos outside the city limits, but also greatly enhance the nightlife, as well as stimulate the interest of foreign and Russian tourists to the various attractions of Tallinn and in particular the gambling houses of the city.
The preliminary project cost is estimated at 90000000 euros, 20 million of which needed for the preparation and implementation of the first phase of the project will be borrowed from financial sources in Germany.
According to the project one of the islands will be entirely devoted to cultural leisure and education. The second island will become a popular destination for families and will have a variety of entertainment for children. The third island will be transformed into a luxurious gambling entertainment center including numerous casinos, excellent restaurants and luxury hotels. It is planned to build bridges that will connect the islands of entertainment and the original tunnel, which will connect the Estonian Mecca of entertainment with the continent. Also it is expected to build a new comfortable port for private yachts.
Tired of exciting entertainment casino players can spend their time with the nature in the nearly located famous Paljassaare reserve or bask in the caressing Baltic sun on one of the best beaches in Tallinn - Pikakari.

The decision to introduce new visa rules was taken by the Bulgarian cabinet of ministers on Wednesday January 26, 2011. According to the Bulgarian cabinet, the new visa policy will spur the tourist interest and will make Bulgaria more attractive to foreign investors.
Schengen visa owners will be able to get permission to enter Bulgaria and stay on its territory for a period of up to 3 months during the six months from the date of first entry.
It should be noted that the new visa rules in Bulgaria will be useful not only for the EU citizens, but also tourists from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, who have a Schengen visa.
