A terrorist attack occurred in the Minsk metro

Monstrous explosion on Monday (April 11) at subway station "Oktyabrskaya" occurred in the Belarusian capital Minsk. According to the preliminary data, are killed 11 and injured over 120 people.
Explosion occurred at "Oktyabrskaya" subway station in the very center of Minsk, only a few hundred meters from the residence of the current president. According to the information of the Digital Journal portal, explosion occurred around 18 pm local time at the time of most intensive passenger traffic in Minsk subway.
In the first hours after the explosion information agencies collect facts about the tragedy from eyewitnesses. Ministry of interior affairs of Belarus confirms explosion in Minsk subway, evading the disclosure the details. Local television and radio remained silent. News pages of the largest Internet portals in Belarus have been blocked.
According to the Belarusian Telegraph Agency as a result of the tragedy in the Minsk subway are killed 11 people and 126 are injured. By 21 o'clock local time in the emergency hospital received 23 injured in the blast in the Minsk metro. 11 of them were in critical condition. The information provided is not final, as injured in the Minsk metro attack are still delivered to the hospitals.

President of Belarus A.Lukashenko visited the scene of the tragedy and called an emergency meeting at which it was decided to declare the day of mourning.
According to the data provided by the Interior Minister of Belarus Anatoly Kuleshov at an emergency meeting with the Head of State, power of the explosion at the "Oktyabrskaya" station ranged from 5 to 7 kg of TNT. Explosive device was planted on the platform of the "Oktyabrskaya" station under the bench in front of the 2nd subway car. At the time of the explosion on the scene were about 300 people. To cause maximum damage the bomb was stuffed with metal balls of about 1cm diameter. As a result of the explosion in the granite floor plate of the platform appeared crater with a diameter of 80 centimeters. General Prosecutor of Belarus opened a criminal investigation of the terrorist act.
Now the police are patrolling public places, railway stations and airports. Information about killed and injured in the terrorist act in the Minsk metro is available via the ambulance service 103.

Bulgaria will spend 150 million euros for the castles
Bulgaria intends to start a large-scale reconstruction of its historic monuments. Today across the country there are hundreds of colorful historical sites that require serious restoration. Castles, churches, houses and villas in Bulgaria will receive state support this year. The country intends to invest about 300 million levs (150 villion Euros) in restoration of monuments.
