Bulgaria decided to deal with alcoholic tourism. Several owners of hotels proposed the creation of a "black list" of tour operators who offer tours to alcoholic Black Sea resorts of the country, according to Sofia Echo.

Vacation in Bulgaria is considered to be one of the least expensive summer destinations among tourism in Europe, has recently become associated not only with the beaches and sunshine, but also with affordable drinks. In summer 2011 in Bulgaria as a result of accidents associated with the immoderate consumption of alcohol died several tourists. Some of them lost their lives due to overdose, and some - as a result of accidents.

"Black list" of tour operators includes a number of companies from Scandinavia, Germany and the UK. Basically it is small travel agencies which earn money organizing tours for students.

Scandals that are connected with abusing doses of alcohol has become one of the main themes of summer tourism. Thus, great attention in the media caused death in the Turkish resort of tourists from Russia, who was poisoned by fake whiskey. According to the newspaper "Komsomolskaya Pravda", a fake whiskey could be produced in Bulgaria.

Anyway, the Bulgarian hoteliers decided not to wait until the thunder clap, and now actively preparing special measures for filter unfair travel agencies in advance. At the same time they repeat the experience of Turkey. Exactly there decided to use protection from unfair operators for recreation.

According to the Bulgarian edition 24 Chassa, the initiative of Bulgarian hotel owners against low-quality travel services, supported by major market players, summer holidays, including Britain’s Thomas Cook and the German TUI.

Now prices for alcohol in Bulgaria remain the lowest among EU countries. According to Eurostat data, the cost of drinking in Bulgaria is 30-40% lower than the European average.
