Beauty festival will be held in Riga

From 4 to 6 November in Riga will take place cosmetic designer project Baltic Beauty. For the seventh time at the International Exhibition Center Kipsala will gather the best makeup artists, hairdressers and beauticians from Latvia and representatives of the leading cosmetic companies of the world.

In November 2004, when the Baltic Beauty international project was held for the first time, its organizers have set a challenging goal to bring together all people adherent to the world of beauty and to acquaint them with the latest developments in cosmetology and aesthetic medicine. Currently, the program of the Baltic Beauty has expanded significantly. This year it will be attended by over 240 companies from 37 countries, which will present its products, professional cosmetics and equipment, and will advise, train and inform about the updates in the beauty industry.

According to one project manager Christine Chernyavska, "Late autumn is the best time when you can pamper yourself, get inspiration and gain unprecedented emotions and feelings, opening up new means of beauty care and suitable cosmetics".

Within three days all visitors of Kipsala can take part in competitions, thematic conferences, workshops and seminars on new cosmetics, massages, pedicures, face and body treatments, skin and hair diagnosis, depilation and permanent makeup. Program 2011 consists of two directions – Hair Beauty World and Face and Body Beauty World. On November 6 during the Baltic Beauty 2011 will be held the 17th International Hairstyling Festival 2011. Also, for the first time the Latvian Association of Stylists will hold a makeup contest "Primeval Force". In total here will be held 45 professional beauty contests, where guests will have the opportunity to become models and participants of fantastic ideas of the best stylists and hairdressers.
