Recreation in Croatia. Book a room or rent a house in Croatia

It is practically impossible to rent an apartment or a house in Croatia in the season. This country over the past three decades is considered to be an extremely popular region for summer holidays. Not so long ago, there was a precedent: all the rooms in the hotels of Croatia have been booked for the three months prior to the «hot season». The reason is the Croatian Adriatic, one of the cleanest and richest of the sights and natural beauty regions of the Mediterranean. Rest here is so popular that the apartments in Dubrovnik, flats in Split, villas on the islands of Brac and Hvar are started to order in winter.

On Poezdka.de we offer to rent the accommodation in Croatia by means of our catalog. Today, hundreds of options for apartments and villas in Croatia are available for searching on our portal. We do not guarantee that the offer you chosen will be available, but we hope that in the range of proposals you will be able to find a suitable variant. In any case, even if the housing is not available, we recommend you to send a request to the owner of cottage or an apartment in Croatia by means of the order form. It sometimes happens that the tourists cancel their booking but information about it has not yet been upgraded.

To the owners of the housing in Croatia: apartments in Dubrovnik, Zagreb, Sibenik, Makarska, mansions on the outskirts of the reserve Krk, estates in Dalmatia, Istria , Slavonia, and other popular regions of the country, we propose to publish their proposals in the catalogue of the portal. You must for the registration in the catalogue. In addition to the site Poezdka.de your offer will be available on several sites of portal of our network. Please note that the purchase of one package gives you the ability to add the proposals of the housing in several languages, including English, German, Russian, Italian and Spanish.

Holidays in Bulgaria: visa-free regime for Schengen owners
The Bulgarian government decided to simplify for many tourists the procedure of entering the country. From now on all people with a valid Schengen visa can go on holiday to Bulgaria without national visa. In such way Bulgaria is preparing its structures for the upcoming country’s entry into the visa-free regime, which today functions between the EU countries. The decision to introduce new visa rules was taken by the Bulgarian cabinet of ministers on Wednesday January 26, 2011. According to the Bulgarian cabinet, the new visa policy will spur the tourist interest and will make Bulgaria more attractive to foreign investors. Schengen visa owners will be able to get permission to enter Bulgaria and stay on its territory for a period of up to 3 months during the six months from the date of first entry. It should be noted that the new visa rules in Bulgaria will be useful not only for the EU citizens, but also tourists from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, who have a Schengen visa. New measures, inter alia, must stir up not only the tourism sector, but also resort property market in Bulgaria. Since the beginning of the financial crisis in 2008 leading Black Sea resorts in Bulgaria have marked decreasing of the square meter price. Opportunity to visit the country for Schengen owners will facilitate entry of potential buyers and will indirectly stimulate the demand for Bulgarian property. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria, in 2011 its consulates issued in total 733 623 visas, which is by 18% more than in 2010.
