In the Estonian capital has begun the festival of Russian cinema

In the Estonian capital Tallinn has started the V Russian film Festival, which will mark the premiere showing of modern Russian films of recent years. As the main gift to the guests of the festival will be presented a series of films, which generated a considerable buzz among the audience and critics.

The festival will last until September 6 in Tallinn in the Coca-Cola Plaza, and will also take a place in Narva, from 4 to 6 September. During this short period of time festival guests will see 14 different films of Russian most talented filmmakers.

One of the most anticipated pictures at the Festival of Russian films is based on Chekhov's novel «The Chamber â„– 6» by famous Russian director Karen Shakhnazarov. Distinctive feature of the film is the shooting in a real mental hospital. Vladimir Ilyin, who plays the main role in the film, was awarded with the prize of the Moscow Film Festival.

Also a special place at the festival will take place a film of a talented writer, actor and theater director Ivan Vyrypaev «Oxygen», which has received many cinematic awards, including the prestigious Gold Mask. The plot is based on 10 important biblical commandments, and braking it in the real life. Shootings of a new film the director made practically throughout the world: Rome, Paris, London, Moscow, Hong Kong, Damascus, and even Serpukhov near Moscow. Unique modern film called «The parable in a rap style» and deserves not only to be attentively viewed, but also listening with concentration.
