The French Accor group, Europe's largest hotel operator and one of the world's leading hotel chains, announced about the opening of a hotel in Yaroslavl under the ibis brand. This is the first hotel of the international level, which opened its doors in the old Volga city. Accor group acts as the operator of a new hotel, while the investor of the project is the largest Turkish industrial group Akfen. The opening ceremony the festive ribbon was cut by the Turkish President Abdullah Gul, who is on a visit to Yaroslavl.
Ibis hotel is located in the center of the city, in the historical part of Yaroslavl, near museums, major monuments, "Sputnik" football stadium and "Locomotiv" ice arena. Ibis is designed for the customers, who prefer modern European design, comfort and affordable prices. It is ready to offer guaranteed high-level service. Ibis has 177 comfortable rooms (including rooms specially equipped for the disabled people) and can receive up to 350 guests, both business people and travelers, as well as offer conference rooms for business meetings and conferences. All rooms have modern furnishings, are air-conditioned and equipped with flat-screen TVs. In all areas of the hotel is offered free Wi-Fi Internet access.
The Oopen restaurant has a huge selection of pasta and grill dishes. Chefs prepare pizza from the ingredients selected by the guests. Oopen bar offers snacks and drinks 24 hours a day.

Today Accor group manages more than 6 ibis hotels in Russia, which are located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Omsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan and now Yaroslavl. In the near future new ibis hotel in Samara will be ready to accept its guests. In the late summer Accor opened Ibis hotel in Kiev.
