Accor will open a new hotel near Yaroslavl

Today the leading international hotel operator Accor Group has signed a contract to manage a new Mercure hotel, which will be built in the Yaroslavl region as part of a large-scale project on creating unique Yaroslavl Coast resort in central Russia. The agreement was signed with the project investor Agranta group of companies.

The agreement was signed by the general director of Accor Russia and CIS (LLC RMHK) Alexis Delaroff and the chairman of the Agranta council of directors Sergei Bachin. The ceremony was attended by the governor of the Yaroslavl region Sergey Vakhrukov, the head of the Glebovsk rural settlement of the Yaroslavl region Vasiliy D'yakov and the Yaroslavl Coast project manager Dmitry Rodionov.

Mercure Hotel will be located on the picturesque bank of the Rybinsk Reservoir. It will be designed in the traditional Russian style, which typical to the Golden Ring monuments. Yaroslavl Coast will focus on organizing country recreation, tourism, business events. It’s mainly designed for the guests from Moscow and Yaroslavl regions, as well as whole Central Russia.

In the near future will begin designing of Mercure hotel, then the partners will start complex construction. Investor of the project is Agranta group of companies. Designer of the hotel is Russian architectural bureau Ark Group. Technical supervision of construction works is carried out by the RMHK company, which is the official division of Accor SA Russia. It is planned that the new hotel complex will receive its first guests in 2017.

The new hotel will be designed for 130 rooms, including standard rooms, business rooms, luxury and half-luxury rooms. It will also include restaurants, bars, fitness center with two swimming pools, Finnish sauna and Turkish bath, spa salon with massage room, as well as business center. Thanks to the spacious conference hall for 200 seats, the hotel will be able to host international level events. In addition the guests can use 6 negotiating halls with the total area of 200 square meters and parking for 130 cars.

Total investment in the hotel construction will be more than one billion rubles. It is carried out by the Agranta company in the Glebovsk rural settlement in the Yaroslavl region as part of a large-scale project Yaroslavl coast. Last year as part of the project was presented Heliopark Bay Koprino 4-star hotel. Now is being created a yacht club, started housing construction and developing of the beaches, the coastal zone of the road.
