INmusic festival, Zagreb, Croatia, 28-30 June 2012
This festival in Zagreb has recently been recognized as one the best summer music events in Europe. This year the headliners of the festival will be Franz Ferdinand, Gorillaz Sound System, Mando Diao and Gogol Bordello. Open'er festival, Gdynia, Poland, 4-7 July 2012
Summer heat at the Open'er festival in Gdynia this year will be warmed up by Bjork, New Order and The Kills. It should be noted that unlike most similar fests this Polish music session is quite conservative. Alcohol as well as carrying girlfriends on your shoulders for better view is prohibited.
Pohoda festival, Trencin, Slovakia, 5-7 July 2012
For several years Slovak brewery Zlaty bazant has been the main sponsor of the show. Pohoda festival in Trencin always knows how to please its guests. For example, last year the organizers ordered several fire engines, which poured the cheerful audience. This year attractions are still kept in secret. Exit festival, Novi Sad, Serbia, 12-15 July 2012
Festival in Novi Sad, which today is a symbol of renewed Yugoslavia, Yugoslavia without dictator Milosevic, every year gathers many star musicians and large crowds of fans. This time Exit in Serbia will be attended by Guns 'n Roses, Eric Badu, Plan B, Duran Duran and three more dozen teams from around the world.
Sziget festival, Budapest, Hungary, 6-12 August 2012
One of the first large-scale rock music events in Europe, Sziget festivalin Budapest, is still one of the most representative. Here played all popular contemporary musicians from Tom Waits to the MIA. One of the most memorable moments of the Sziget festival, according to the organizers, was the heavy rain that broke out during the Radiohead performance. This year the show guests will be entertained by Korn, Stone Roses and other 40 teams.
