The Ethno Park in Veliko Trojstvo combines traditional architectural representations with an ethnographic collection. The local collection comprises around 1,000 exhibits showcasing the life, culture and customs of Bilogora. In the ethnographic courtyard, traditional rural life and architecture are represented by an old Bilogora house, a barn, a granary, a bread oven, a corn crib and a well. The Ethno Park also gives visitors the opportunity to learn about old crafts, folklore and life in the former Bjelovar-Bilogora County.

The Svijetle pruge open-air gallery displays wooden sculptures created with the involvement of Croatian Forests, Bjelovar-Bilogora County, the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb and Veliko Trojstvo; some of the sculptures are located in Veliko Trojstvo. The Roma House offers presentations on the history and customs of the Roma, a permanent documentary and historical exhibition, traditional Lovari music and cuisine, as well as lavender products.

The present-day Church of the Holy Trinity in Veliko Trojstvo was built over seven years starting in 1768. It is registered as protected immovable cultural heritage under code Z-2111.

The Autumn in Bilogora event has been held in the Ethno Park of Veliko Trojstvo since 2017. It combines ethno performances, products from local farms, music and activities for families.

Local

The tasting room of OPG Bačak can accommodate up to 35 people and is designed for tastings, light meals and family lunches. OPG Bačak produces various pumpkin varieties, sweet and savoury spreads and preserves, pasta made from pumpkin flour, bread and homemade biscuits.

Within the municipality of Veliko Trojstvo, the Bilogorski Tourist Road includes 19 points featuring ethnographic collections, traditional crafts, hospitality, accommodation and products from small farms such as wine, cheese, honey and meat. The road also offers horse riding, hunting, fishing, walking and hiking tours, cycling tours and other outdoor sports. The Ivica Pirin family farm can accommodate guests and keep horses for longer stays.

Landscape and Cycling

In the Veliko Trojstvo area, the Bilogorski Tourist Road runs over the gentle slopes of Bilogora, through forests, across fertile fields and past vineyards. Bilogorski Čardak is a replica of a wooden watchtower and a viewpoint above Veliko Trojstvo, overlooking the slopes of Bilogora, Kalnik and Zagrebačka gora. The viewpoint and excursion site has landscaped outdoor areas and a children's playground. It also serves as a horse rest stop on the Bilogora riding route and as a place for picnics and gatherings.

All BILOgravel cycling routes start at the viewpoint above Veliko Trojstvo. The BILOgravel network uses circular routes and alternative directions, thereby expanding the available riding options to more than 400 kilometres. Trail 2 is 30.4 kilometres long and is described as a pleasant route with an easy level of difficulty.
