Culture
Near Baredine is the Traktor Story ethnological agricultural exhibition. It permanently displays around fifty vintage tractors and machines, including a 1923 Fordson.
Nature
The Baredine Cave near Nova Vas is a protected geomorphological natural monument. It is 132 metres deep and contains underground lakes. A constant temperature of 13 to 14 degrees Celsius prevails inside the Baredine Cave.
The Speleolit speleoclimbing centre is also located near Baredine. The road to Baredine Cave is signposted; parking spaces for cars and buses are available at the site.
A visitor route through Baredine Cave leads through five chambers to a depth of 60 metres. Stalactites, stalagmites and limestone formations are part of the cave scenery; visitors may also encounter the endemic olm.
Cycling Routes
The Maximus Agri cycling route (141) is 44 kilometres long and takes 2:00 to 3:00 hours. It follows the route of an old Roman road that connected Poreč with the Istrian hinterland.
The Poreč–Nova Vas–Vežnaveri cycle route passes through smaller settlements on its way towards Vežnaveri and partly follows the Parenzana. Mountain biking is permitted along this route.
