Ružica grad is the largest preserved fortified urban complex in Slavonia and dates back to the 14th century. The Church of Saint Nicholas was built in the style of the Moravian School and is considered the only example of this architectural style in Slavonia. Stari grad can be reached from Ružica grad in just under an hour via a challenging mountain trail that is rocky in places.

Hiking and Climbing

The Slavonski Planinarski Put leads from the Sokoline climbing area to Duzluk. The Sokoline climbing area has sport climbing sections and a short protected section with bolts and ropes. Outside Manastir Sveti Nikolaj monastery, a spacious shelter with tables and benches stands at an equipped water collection point on the Iskrica stream.

Food

At the ponds of Duzluk, fish specialities such as Fiš-Paprikaš or spit-roasted carp can be arranged for groups of ten or more.

Manastir Sveti Nikolaj monastery is located in the immediate vicinity of Duzluk. Mount Kapovac and the peaks Mali Vis, Javor and Petrov Vrh are also located in the same immediate vicinity. Bedemgrad is located in the vicinity of Duzluk. Turski Grad and Manastir Sveti Petar monastery are located in the wider regional surroundings of Duzluk.
