Geographical Location

Beremend is located near Hungary's southernmost point, on the eastern edge of the Drava-side area and in the southern part of the Nyárád–Harkány Plain.

Hungary's southernmost point lies southwest of Beremend on the connecting road between Beremend and Kásád and is marked by a wooden memorial post. The Drava can be reached on Croatian territory about ten kilometers south of the settlement.
