Nature
The central settlement of Pugachëvo is located on the left bank of the Utva River, along its middle course. Pugachëvo is approximately 7 km from Aqsai and is served by bus route No. 7 on the Aqsai–Pugachëvo–Aral Valley route.
History
The Utvinsky state farm was established in October 1954 and was later renamed Pugachevsky State Farm.
