The “Dobre-Podgórz” educational trail runs from Dobre through the Skarpa Dobrska nature reserve to Podgórz and back to Dobre. It is described as easy and is 6.5 km long. The trail also takes in the Skarpa Dobrska protected landscape area, as well as carbonate rock, loess, ravine landforms and suffosion. The route therefore combines a clearly defined trail with several geological and landscape features.

In Podgórz, the educational trail meets the blue tourist trail from Annopol to Dęblin. The blue-marked Szlak Nadwiślański also passes through Podgórz and continues through Kazimierz Dolny, Bochotnica, Puławy, Gołąb and Dęblin. When planning, both the specific out-and-back route from Dobre and the longer sequence of named places are relevant. Check the trail markings and current conditions before setting out.

The hillfort stands on a prominent spur of the Skarpa Dobrska. From there, you can see across the Vistula Valley. Another view depends on good weather: from the summit of Winnica Pańska Góra, you can see the Góry Świętokrzyskie. The two viewpoints offer different perspectives—the Vistula Valley on one side and the Góry Świętokrzyskie on the other.

A chapel dedicated to Saint Vincent, patron saint of winegrowers, stands on the summit of Winnica Pańska Góra. The history of the winery and the hill are closely linked in the name: the winery was founded by Wojciech Włodarczyk in 2001, and Pańska Góra is also the historic name of a hill in Podgórz. The chapel of Saints Peter and Paul is another cultural point of interest in the village; it dates from 1953.

The natural surroundings also shape the character of the area. Krowia Wyspa is a faunal reserve, primarily ornithological, that protects the breeding grounds of numerous bird species. At the same time, the island recalls its former use by residents of nearby Podgórz: it served as pasture for cows, horses and sheep. The island is in the vicinity of the destination, not in the village itself.
