Nature

Hiking equipment or cycling and bike-tour equipment is required for mountain route 36. In the wider regional surroundings of Comuna Teliucu Inferior are Dealul Cutinului and Dealul Bunila mountains, as well as the peaks of Măgura Zimbrului and Ascuțit.

Culture

On the first Sunday after Easter, “Flori pe cunună de spini,” a festival of poetry and religious singing, takes place in the church of Cinciș-Cerna. In May, “Flori de cireș,” a festival of spring and summer customs, takes place at the cultural center of Teliucu Inferior.

Nedeile, rural festivals with deep roots in Romanian and local tradition, take place in Cincis. “Șezătoare la Izvoare” is an evening of storytelling held in November, featuring stories and anecdotes from Izvoarele. Hunyad Castle, a castle, is also located in the surroundings of Comuna Teliucu Inferior.
