The fortified church of Roșia preserves numerous elements of its original 13th-century Romanesque basilica. Extensive fortification work was carried out on the fortified church in the 16th century. Inside, it features a Biedermeier-style painting above the triumphal arch. The well-preserved Romanesque basilica in the centre of Roșia is surrounded by the ruins of a defensive wall.
