Each pond has its own fish species. A 2020 description lists catfish, carp, pike, perch, asp, crucian carp, roach, silver carp, trout, whitefish, nelma and sturgeon. This includes species commonly known to anglers, such as carp and pike, as well as trout, whitefish and sturgeon; the ponds also differ in the fish found in each one.

Fishing is described as available in both summer and winter. If the season matters for your plans, ask the operator about the conditions for your visit. Guests can have their catch smoked in the complex’s smokehouse. Fishing equipment is also available to rent, including a fishing chair and a trout spinning rod. Check in advance whether the smokehouse and equipment rental will be available on your dates.

Paratrike flights depend on flying weather and are planned year-round. Check availability directly with the operator. If you are interested in snowmobile, quad or banana boat rides, tubing or sport shooting, also ask which of these activities will be offered during your visit.

The trout house and the African-style house each accommodate six people. Both have, among other things, a fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV. The Provans and Kantri cottages each accommodate eight people and have a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna with a steam room.

Each cottage also has its own pier for fishing and relaxation. The accommodation options differ in their stated capacity and some of their amenities. Ask the operator about current availability and confirm the capacity and configuration before finalizing your accommodation plans.

By the main body of water are Anechkin most bridge, which has a movable section, and the Zhemchuzhina pavilion.

The grounds include a zoo with about 40 animals and birds. Before planning a visit, ask the operator whether the zoo is currently open and accessible. A children’s area features fairy-tale sculptures by Pyotr Strokov and spaces for active entertainment.

The grounds also have the Ostrovok restaurant. If you would like to eat there during your visit, ask in advance whether it is currently operating. Along with the smokehouse, it is another reason to check directly with the complex about what is available before you arrive.
