Czech brewers created special Easter beer

Czech Republic, known worldwide as the birthplace of the great beer, will celebrate Easter not only Easter with eggs, rabbits and cakes, but also with new unusual beer, specially prepared by the Czech brewers for the Easter holidays.

«K Brewery» company, which owns a number of breweries across the Czech Republic, this year prepared an original gift for all beer lovers, who celebrate Easter - a special two-colored sort of intoxicating drink, which was aptly named «Velikonoční Krasličák» (Easter krashenka).

The new beer Velikonoční Krasličák is a two-colored 16% drink, consisting of non-mixed red and green beer, brewed according to the traditional Czech technology with natural extracts only. Two-colored effect is achieved by cooling beer to certain temperatures.

Red Krasličák is a special light beer with rich flavor, distinctive notes of bitterness and characteristic hops aroma. Red Krasličák is the base of the new beer and is poured first into the glass.

Green Krasličák is a beer with mild bitter taste, subtle pleasant hoppy tinge and balanced flavor. It creates magnificent hat of beer foam and is poured second into a glass.

Beer will be produced in a limited edition intended for consumption only during Easter holidays. According to the representative of the Jihlava brewery Jaromir Kalina, 400 hectoliters of beer «Velikonoční Krasličák» will be brewed at «K Brewery» and delivered to the 400 best restaurants and pubs in Prague.

According to the creators of the two-colored beer, «Velikonoční Krasličák» will become an indispensable hit of the current Easter, and probably a new original Easter tradition. Beer will be served only in certain restaurants during 3 weeks and is highly recommended for tasting!
