The Tepelena Historical Museum is located at the entrance to the town. Its archaeology pavilion contains objects from the Bronze Age; the museum also has an Ali Pasha Tepelena pavilion. Another historic site is the Tepelena Camp, which was established between 1949 and 1954 in former Italian barracks. Today, Tepelena Camp serves as a memorial and study site and is visited by tourists.
