In the center of Ersekë there is also an obelisk created by Odhise Paskali, dated November 28, 1938. Local cultural character also includes traditions of woodworking, stonework and carpet making.

Sofra Kolonjare is listed as an annual traditional event held in Ersekë on December 27. The cuisine of Sofra Kolonjare includes various traditional livestock products from the Gramoz Mountains, including meat and dairy products. Heritage Day takes place in Ersekë on September 29 and includes activities at the museum and library, as well as concerts in the city center.

Nature

Gramoz Glacier Lake lies at an altitude of approximately 2,400 meters and is of glacial origin. It is considered a destination for nature lovers, mountaineers and hikers. A frequently used route to Gramoz Glacier Lake leads through Ersekë and the village of Starjë to the lake.

Trails

At Sofra Kolonjare, visitors can use two newly created hiking trails. A 1.8 km-long promenade for pedestrians and cyclists leads from Ersekë to the entrance of Rehovë. The pedestrian zone of Ersekë serves as a walking area for families and is considered an attraction for visitors to Kolonja. Its design concept includes stone, greenery and running water.
