Partizani is one of the railway stations in Dalgopol Municipality. The settlement is located on the III-7301 road corridor, which connects Arkovna with Dalgopol and Komunari. The municipal road network also includes route SHU1137 through Polyatsi to Partizani.

The Arkotinski Gorge is described as a semi-mountain river section with rocky features and little alteration.

Culture

Partizani is home to the Tek Konak restaurant. The settlement is associated with an annual village festival held in June with a programme of festivities. The Asen Zlatarov 1938 community centre is also associated with Partizani. In addition, Partizani is connected with a Muslim community and a mosque.
