The VTR1075 route runs from Daveri through Kamenari and Boikvotsi to the Elena–Sliven municipal boundary. The Daveri–Kamenari–Boikvotsi section of the VTR1075 is listed as rehabilitated. A reservoir 5 km from Perunika offers fishing, walks and picnics.
Culture
Kamenari has a Muslim place of worship dating from the late 19th century. In addition, a communal kurban was held there for good health, bringing Christians and Muslims together for a shared meal.
