In the wider regional surroundings of Pražnice are the Spanish Fortress, the Palais de Dioclétien de Split, Dalmatia and Diocletian's Palace. The cemetery chapel of St Cyprian in Pražnice dates from the 13th century and contains a Renaissance stone relief from 1467, which local tradition attributes to the workshop of Nikola Firentinac. The Church of All Saints, built in 1638, stands on the main square of Pražnice; Romanesque-Gothic elements from the 17th century are visible on it.
Trails
A narrow stone path leads from the area of Pražnice to the ruins of Straževnik and the pre-Romanesque Church of St George. It is mentioned as early as 1111 and contains a Renaissance relief from the 15th century.

Brač cheese, bread baked under a peka and spit-roasted lamb are associated with Pražnice as regional delicacies.
