The Kadum winery is located at Buići 8 in Poreč. The Kadum olive groves are maintained using natural methods and ecological farming practices. Kadum’s extra virgin olive oil is made from several olive varieties, including Buža, Istarska bjelica, Leccino, Pendolino, and Frantoio. Kadum produces two blended extra virgin olive oils called Blago and Intenzivno. Kadum’s olives are processed within a few hours at a certified mill for organic production.

Istarska Konoba Buići prepares its dishes with olive oil from its own oil mill and offers this oil for tasting and purchase. With prior registration, it can prepare dishes under a čripnja or at a fireplace in front of the guests.

Culture and Surroundings

The Boćarski klub Kum-Buići, a bocce club, is located at Buići 18, Poreč. Buići is one of the settlements connected with Žbandaj. Its three-nave parish church of Saint John and the Martyr Paul was built in 1595 and contains rustic works of art as well as a holy water font dating from 1688.

The Dvigrad Castle, Otočić Sveti Nikola, the Euphrasian Basilica, Otočić Fržital, Otočić Veliki Školj, Otočić Reverol, and Sveta Ana are located in the vicinity of Buići. The Euphrasian Basilica in Poreč is a 6th-century cultural monument recognized by UNESCO in 1997; visitors can tour the complex and climb the bell tower, which offers views over Poreč and its surroundings.
