Uvala Sv. Juraj Bay in Pinezići has a rocky and small-stone shore and measures 220 m × 5 m. It can be reached by bicycle, on foot or by boat and is described as suitable for children and non-swimmers. Rabasaj is also described as suitable for children and non-swimmers.

Culture

The “Church of St Fuska by the Sea” served as a meeting place for believers from the surrounding area until the parish seat was moved to Linardići. A new church with the same patron saint was inaugurated there in 1909.

The “Church of St. Fuska by the Sea” below Pinezići is documented in the Vatican Archives as dating from 1338. It is a single-nave church with a rectangular apse, a porch and a bell gable. During restoration, fragments of Roman walls, bricks, roof tiles and amphorae were uncovered beneath it.

Getting Around

The B-425 route “U sjeni velikih hrastova” leads from Milohnići via Brzac, Poljica, Žgaljići, Pinezići and Linardići back to Milohnići. Hiking route H125 runs through the forests of Picik and above the bays of Valbiska and St. Fusca, near the historic “Church of St. Fusca” by Pinezići.

Podcrikva near Pinezići can be reached by car, bicycle or on foot. The Valbiska–Merag ferry route connects Krk and Cres; the crossing takes 25 minutes.
