A hiking route published in 2025 leads from Podevčevo via Čevo, Veliki Lubenjak and Grebengrad to Mađarevo. It was 12 km long and took 4.5 to 5 hours.

Nature
Podevčevo lies at the foot of the slopes of Čevo. Two subthermal springs of Podevčevo are located on the right bank of the Voglenski stream near the school and the chapel.

History and Culture
Podevčevo is first mentioned in the 14th century. From 1598 onward, Podevčevo belonged to the Grebengrad estate.
The Chapel of Saint Joseph in Podevčevo was built in 1987 based on a design by Emil Geci. It was consecrated by Cardinal Franjo Kuharić on 9 August 1987. More recently, a wayside shrine dedicated to Saint Benedict was erected near the Chapel of Saint Joseph.
