Nature

Culture

The votive shrine Gospa od Kapelice stands at the entrance to the port of Rogoznica on the Gradina Peninsula. A small chapel was built at Gospa od Kapelice in 1776. The access promenade to the shrine was paved and completed on December 20, 2023. On July 2, the holy image is taken by boat from the votive shrine Gospa od Kapelice to the shore in Rogoznica and then carried in a procession to the parish church.

Walks

The Kopara promenade circles the Kopara Peninsula, passes through its wooded area, and continues along the coast to the Rogoznica volunteer fire brigade building; it is 2.3 km long in total.

Townscape

The center of Rogoznica includes the former mainland area of Kopača and the island of Kopara; the two are connected by an artificial causeway.
