In Přívlaka stands the stone bridge Kamenný most. It crosses the Jizera upstream from the confluence with the right-bank Kopaninský potok and has three regularly formed segmental arches.

Culture and history

The Přívlaka cemetery was opened in 1922. It has tombs, a former mortuary, a gate, and a central cross. Preserved in its original form, it is not abandoned.

The earliest documented references to an amateur theater in Přívlaka date from 1825. The Přívlacká pouť is considered both a church pilgrimage and a family event.

Landscape and geology

Outcrops of greenschists, graphitic phyllites, and laminated siliceous rocks (lydites) occur in the riverbed of the Jizera. Graptolite finds in phosphorite concretions establish a Silurian age.

Mount Strážník is located in the vicinity of Přívlaka. The mountains Zadní Žalý, Přední Žalý, and Šeřín are also located in the vicinity of Přívlaka.

Regional surroundings

The wider regional surroundings of Přívlaka include the Spalona Strażnica ruins, Zamek Chojnik Castle, and the churches of Lázně and Valdštejn.
