The Národní zemědělské muzeum Ohrada is Europe's oldest hunting museum. The first collections of hunting trophies and animal specimens were already displayed there in 1842, in the Baroque Ohrada Château.

The museum offers exhibitions on hunting, fishing, freshwater aquariums, the Sallač antler collection and falconry, as well as impressive interiors of the hunting lodge. The Alšova jihočeská galerie (AJG) is the only art museum in the Jihočeský kraj.

Hluboká Castle, the interiors of the Ohrada hunting lodge and the museum exhibitions each provide different cultural focal points. Together with the AJG, the range extends from architecture and historical collections to depictions of animals and art.

The Vltavská pěší stezka is an easy, short circular trail in a bend of the Vltava River. The local nature and culture are presented at 17 stops. Hluboká Park is located on the Vltava and offers views of Hluboká nad Vltavou Castle.

The Vltavská cyklostezka comprises the Hluboká nad Vltavou–České Budějovice and Hluboká nad Vltavou–Purkarec sections.

Hluboká Zoo covers almost 5 hectares and includes more than 15 unique enclosures and exhibitions. It presents animals from various regions and their habitats.

The Adrenalin Park includes a climbing centre with 23 obstacles at a height of 8 metres. Ferrata Hluboká offers 720 metres of horizontal climbing and dozens of metres of vertical climbing and is considered the longest Czech via ferrata above the water level of a river.

Adventure minigolf features 18 holes of varying difficulty, simple rules and a family-friendly playing experience. Hluboká Park offers a diverse range of activities for families with children, friends and corporate groups.

The options differ significantly in format: at the zoo, the focus is on animals and their habitats; in climbing, on the 23 obstacles or the horizontal and vertical sections of the ferrata. Adventure minigolf complements this selection with 18 holes of varying difficulty and simple rules.
