On the northern side of Květov village square stands a large farmstead with a mighty barn. The village square thus provides the specific reference point for one of the striking examples of local farmstead architecture.
At the beginning of the 20th century, an ensemble of three farmsteads was created in Květov following the 1904 fire. The façades combine the Neo-Renaissance style with elements of folk Baroque. The farmsteads were built by master mason František Luza. Their history and the different stylistic influences give the ensemble a clear place in the architectural history of the village.
