The so-called Panský dům is considered a successor building to the Gothic-Renaissance fortress in Miloňovice. It is assumed that the rectangular building acquired its current floor plan in the 17th century and was extensively rebuilt and raised by one story around 1910.

Near the exit from Miloňovice, north of the Panský dům, there is a late Renaissance barn. Today, the rectangular barn is the most distinctive surviving remnant of the farmyard at the former fortress.

The Chapel of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary stands in the upper part of the village green. It dates from the first half of the 19th century and has a volute gable and a bell tower with an onion-shaped roof. In front of the chapel stands a stone cross dated 1864.
