One of the defining sights is the three-nave Türi Church, whose construction began in the second half of the 13th century. It has a Baroque altar created by the woodcarver Cristian Ackermann in the 17th century. The artificial lake was created in the mid-20th century on the site of a former clay quarry. An approximately 1.2-kilometre walking path runs around it.

The Estonian Broadcasting Museum dedicates its permanent exhibition to the history of broadcasting, from the first broadcasting experiment to the present day. Türi Cherry Alley was created in 2006 beside the artificial lake with 155 ornamental ‘Accolade’ cherry trees. These cherry trees bloom before their leaves unfold. The approximately 1.2-kilometre path around the lake is suitable for a short walk in your day’s itinerary. Walks along the banks of the Pärnu River are also possible.

At Türi Artificial Lake, beach volleyball courts offer opportunities for beach volleyball, indiaca and badminton throughout the summer. Nordic walking is possible along the same route; in the forest, technical mountain-bike trails offer a challenge for MTB enthusiasts. Türi’s spring capital season includes a series of cultural, sporting and community activities, as well as a ceremonial welcoming of spring. The Türi Flower Fair has been held for decades in the squares along Kalevi Street and marks the spring highlight of gardening in Estonia. Its tradition began with the first Türi Flower Fair and continues to this day. The Türi Lake Party also takes place every year in July.
