Batumi Botanical Garden stretches for almost one kilometre along the coast and comprises three main parks, nine floristic sections and a Colchian reserve. It is located around nine kilometres from the centre of Batumi on the subtropical slopes of Mtsvane Kontskhi and offers panoramic views of the city and the coast. At the botanical garden, visitors can use an electric vehicle for a relaxed tour, organise picnics or camping, and hire a guide.
Getting around
Trains to Batumi run several times a day from Tbilisi and Kutaisi and stop at Batumi Central in the city centre. The city buses in Batumi are adapted for passengers with disabilities and equipped with digital timetable systems.
Regional cuisine
