Culture

The Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker is located at 21 Sovetsky Lane in Anan’yevo. A monument to St. Irakli of Issyk-Kul stands in the Orthodox cemetery of Anan’yevo. His grave in Anan’yevo is regularly visited by pilgrims from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Russia. Anan’yevo is home to a museum and a monument associated with Nikolai Ananyev.
