Townscape and Landscape

Pervalka is located on Pervalka Bay, part of the Curonian Lagoon, and is surrounded by a chain of dunes to the west. The village is characterised by picturesque wooden fishermen’s houses, many of which are used as holiday homes in summer.

Pervalka is considered the smallest settlement in Neringa. Around 40 residents live there permanently; in summer, the population increases significantly due to holidaymakers and seasonal tourism workers.

Geographical Location

West of Pervalka, the Lithuanian regional road KK 167 runs from KlaipÄ—da to the Lithuanian-Russian border near Nida. Pervalka is located 18 kilometres north of Nida and 34 kilometres south of KlaipÄ—da.
