Suruceni – Monastery, Churches and Henciu Hill

The building complex of “Sf. Gheorghe” Monastery is listed in the register of monuments as a historical and architectural ensemble dating from 1785 to the beginning of the 20th century. There is also a tomb monument for the archaeologist I. C. Suruceanu (1851–1897) at the monastery.
