The Church of the Dormition of the Virgin in the monastery dates from the 13th century and is traditionally attributed to Stefan Prvovenčani. The second church, with its distinctive bell tower, dates from the beginning of the 19th century. The iconostasis in the Church of the Holy Trinity was created by the painter Marko Gregović from Petrovac at the end of the 19th century.

As a medieval complex, Reževići Monastery comprises three churches with preserved frescoes, icons, and ecclesiastical objects. The pressing of olives with a traditional stone mill is also associated with the monastery.

The Reževići Memorial House was established in 1996 in a former school; this school had been founded next to the monastery in 1856. The Reževići Memorial House was associated with exhibitions on the Paštrovići and the coastal heritage, as well as publications and scientific and artistic projects.
