At 4.5 kilometers, the Prudnicki Szlak Miejski is considerably shorter than the other two routes. It can be started at any point and passes sights, streets, and historic sites in Prudnik. Wieża Woka, also known as Wieża Zamkowa, is Prudnik’s oldest monument and the only surviving remnant of a 13th-century castle fortress. The wider Prudnik destination includes a municipality at the foot of the Opawskie Mountains, a small range in the Eastern Sudetes. It is also situated within the Opawskie Mountains Landscape Park and its buffer zone, directly on the border with the Czech Republic. The landscape associated with the municipality includes the mountain massifs of Góra Parkowa, Długota, and Kobylica, as well as Biskupia Kopa, which also provides a distinctive backdrop to Prudnik.

For route planning across the municipality, the 35-kilometer network of multifunctional tourist trails is a point of reference in its own right. It includes signposted routes and numerous rest areas with tourist maps; conditions on individual trails may change. A separate, yellow-marked horse-riding trail also runs for 11 kilometers between Moszczanka and the Sanktuarium św. Józefa.
