Other topics include the forest life cycle and layers, small mammals, forest fruits, protected plants, waste decomposition and birds’ daily lives. The forest’s layers are its different vertical levels. Educational games teach visitors to identify trees, birds and mushrooms. The trail thus combines routes of different lengths with themes related to the forest and water.

In the municipality, kayaking trips on the Łupawa usually start at the kayak landing in Łupawsko, on the lake’s left bank. Łupawsko is outside the town of Czarna Dąbrówka. In 2022, a regional tourism office reported that the site had a floating jetty and a slipway for launching kayaks. If you plan to use these facilities for a particular day of paddling, check the current situation on site.

The stretch of the Łupawa between Kozin and Damno Młyn is a separate matter: it is recommended exclusively for experienced kayakers. Kozin is near Czarna Dąbrówka. This recommendation applies to the specified stretch of river; check current water conditions before paddling.
