Łagiewniki Wielkie was first recorded in the late 13th or early 14th century in the foundation book of the Diocese of Wrocław.
The locality’s historic estate was divided into parcels in the 1930s; in 1936, a prison was established in the manor house.
A manor house estate already existed in Łagiewniki Wielkie in 1747. Between 1828 and 1883, a manor park with a pond was created, and the present manor house was probably built in the 19th century in the Classical style.
