Culture and History
In the centre of the settlement, Naguszewo has a former village forge. It was built of stone and brick and covered with tar paper.
During the Second World War, an external camp of KL Stutthof was established in the village. It housed 3,700 prisoners who were assigned to build barracks and fortifications.
During the interwar period, Naguszewo had a customs guard post.
Around 1906–1907, a children's strike against German-language religious instruction took place at Naguszewo primary school.
Before 1772, Naguszewo belonged to the landed estate of the Bishops of Chełmno.
