The older houses in Loka were built by the stream. In the past, a stream ran through Loka, and Loka had fields that were quite wet because of the water. Water is therefore part of both the historical structure of the village and the traditional description of the fields. The three aspects remain distinct: older houses by the stream, a stream that once ran through the village and wet fields as a result of the water.
