Located in Ptghni, Ptghnavank is an early medieval Armenian architectural monument built in the 6th to 7th century. The surviving remains of the destroyed temple include the northern wall, part of the southern wall, and the dome arch.

The early medieval reliefs of Ptghnavank are particularly noteworthy, including botanical and geometric ornaments, an equestrian hunting scene associated with Manuel Amatuni, and figurative religious depictions at the southern entrance.
