The Byaroza Local History Museum covers the period from prehistoric society to the beginning of the 17th century. It also documents life in Bereza-Kartuskaja from the 17th to the mid-20th century, local crafts and trades from the 1930s, and events of the Second World War in Byaroza District. The museum offers general and thematic guided tours, museum education and educational programmes, personal art exhibitions, exhibitions of children's work, and tourist routes to memorial sites in the Byaroza area.

The Red Barracks were built in 1870 and now house rows of shops, an art gallery, and a café. The Old Park is home to the spiritual and patriotic complex of Byaroza, which includes a monument to fallen internationalist soldiers, the Memorial Church of the Archangel Michael, a Fountain of Tears, and an exhibition of military equipment from the war in Afghanistan. The Church of the Archangel Michael is a 38-metre-high five-domed building and forms part of this complex.

The Byaroza Carthusian Monastery dates from the 17th century. Its grounds preserve monastery walls, fragments of the Sapieha Palace, an entrance gate, part of the bell tower, and side towers. The monastery funded a school that operated intermittently from 1786 until the closure of the Bereza Carthusian Monastery in 1831. At the beginning of the 19th century, its library was considered the largest in the Grodno Governorate; in 1831, it contained 2,510 books and manuscripts. The Carthusian Monastery was the only establishment of this order in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.

The Church of Saints Peter and Paul in Byaroza was built in 1775 as a single-domed cemetery church.

Cultural Heritage Route No. 10 in Byaroza includes the Local History Museum, the Red Barracks, the art gallery, a monument to internationalist soldiers, the Carthusian Monastery, memorial plaques, and Youth Square. Route 7 leads to Lenin Square, the Local History Museum, the site of the Bereza-Kartuskaja concentration camp, the Old Park, the Memorial Church of the Archangel Michael, the historic house of A. A. Olszewski, and Komsomol Square. This route also includes a mass grave where 368 Soviet soldiers and partisans are buried.
